Agua Fresca- Your New Favorite Post Workout Hydration
Looking for a perfect summer drink?
This drink is a fantastic hydrator, can be made without sugar and could easily be a non-alcoholic crowd pleaser!
Watermelon Agua Fresca
3-4c cubed seedless watermelon
1/2 c water
Purée with a handheld blender or blender until smooth with no large chunks of fruit.
1 TBS lime juice
1/2 TBS Honey (or 1 tsp stevia to taste)
Add 1/2 cup seltzer just before serving.
